- Consider what else is happening in your life (movement, sleep, energy, etc)
- Train your tastebuds to enjoy less sweet foods
- Explore the nuances of why you’re reaching for it (palate cleanser, hydration, not full, etc)
- Set gentle guardrails i.e. try to cook it from scratch
- When is it worthwhile, when is it not
- If you’re already eating it, really enjoy it mindfully
- There’s nothing wrong with you for wanting sweets every day
- “So what if I want…”
