Gut Health – Your Key to Feeling Light & Energized

Your gut does more than just digest food—it’s the cornerstone of your overall well-being. Healthy digestion means clearer skin, less bloating, and a lighter, more energized feeling every day.
If you’re tired of living with chronic discomfort, stress, or confusion about what’s causing your symptoms, it’s time to take control of your health.

What’s really going on with your gut?

IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME (IBS)

Your gut and brain are in constant communication—a two-way highway that’s heavily influenced by stress, emotions, and your eating habits. IBS may arise from stress, ignoring your body’s natural cues, or not understanding your unique food triggers. Anxiety can cause your GI tract to tense up, leading to discomfort, while your eating environment and food choices may exacerbate the problem.

HEARTBURN

Heartburn isn’t just about what you eat—it’s about how and when you eat, too. Stress can dramatically affect digestion, causing the same meal to feel fine one day and trigger heartburn the next. Factors like meal timing, the speed of eating, and the composition of your meals (the food matrix) all play a role.

CONSTIPATION OR DIARRHEA

A healthy gut means regular, predictable bowel movements. If you’re struggling with constipation or diarrhea, it’s time to get to the root of the issue. Learn practical tips from my Travel Constipation Video and discover how to fine-tune your eating habits for better digestion.

FOOD SENSITIVITIES OR INTOLERANCES

Your immune system reacts to everything you consume because it sees all food as foreign. For most people, these reactions are minor and go unnoticed. However, sometimes your body has a stronger immune response to certain foods, causing inflammation and discomfort. These reactions can lead to a range of symptoms, from digestive issues to skin conditions, and are often overlooked by conventional approaches. Understanding these sensitivities is key to calming your immune system and promoting long-term gut health.

Why Gut Health Is So Important

Your gut health affects far more than digestion—it influences your mood, energy levels, immunity, and overall health. When your gut is off-balance, you might feel fatigued, moody, or overwhelmed by unexplained symptoms. Addressing your gut health can help you feel light, energetic, and in control again.

THE SOLUTION: Functional Nutrition for Lasting Gut Health

A two-step approach to healing your gut

Step 1: Get the Basics Right

  • Transform your food environment to support calm and mindful eating.
  • Learn how meal timing and pacing can ease digestion.
  • Build awareness of your body’s natural signals and honor its cues.

Step 2: Go Deeper With Functional Labs

  • If basic changes aren’t enough, it’s time to dig deeper with advanced tests.
  • Learn what foods trigger your symptoms and how to avoid them to reduce inflammation and discomfort.

Functional Labs Offered

Mediator Release Test (MRT)

The MRT test identifies immune reactions to 176 foods and chemicals, pinpointing the root causes of inflammation and food sensitivities. Unlike traditional antibody tests, MRT measures actual immune responses, providing clear, actionable insights. It’s a game-changer for conditions like IBS, chronic constipation, and reflux.

From there, we will create a customized eating plan. Starting with your least reactive foods, the plan gradually reintroduces foods to determine your tolerance levels. This targeted approach reduces inflammation and promotes healing.

Wheat Zoomer

The Wheat Zoomer test goes beyond typical gluten tests to provide a detailed analysis of wheat and gluten sensitivity. It identifies intestinal permeability (leaky gut) and measures immune responses to gluten proteins and wheat components. This test is essential for uncovering hidden triggers of digestive issues and supporting conditions like celiac disease, IBS, and autoimmune disorders.
