What is balance even??! This is my mindset around food and spoiler alert: this will help you reframe how you look at cheat days/meals or any “bad” food really.

- the tendency to overindex on happiness/emotions –> it feels like a hug until it doesn’t, and then it’s just this uncomfortable suffocating squeeze
